本所蔵『大日本維新史料稿本』（約４２００冊）所収の綱文データ（フルテキストおよび検索用キーワード）を登録しています。
1994年度に完成しましたが、今後とも、関連して幕末維新期の政治史研究に必要な綱文データを追加していきます。
既に、『復古記』（全15巻）のデータも利用できます（検索画面の【区分】メニューで「01」の書目を選択してください）。
また、『大日本維新史料稿本』のデジタル画像データへのリンクも、実現できる見込みです。
This database contains brief day-by-day summaries (in Japanese and in English translation) of events pertaining
to
Japanese national history in the period from 1846 to 1871, with a particular focus on events pertaining to key
developments of the Bakumatsu (fall of the Tokugawa shogunate) period and Meiji Restoration.
The database is derived from the work of the Ishin shiry? hensankai (Restoration Documents Compilation
Administration), a group of scholars and officials who from 1910 to 1942 compiled approximately 4,200 volumes of
historical documents into a collection known as the Dai Nippon Ishin shiryo. Their summaries of the key
day-by-day
events described in these documents were then published in the 1930s-40s as a ten-volume set entitled Ishin
shiryokoyo, and digitized by the Institute as the current full-text searchable database, first made available in
1994. The English translation of the contents of the database began in 2019.
